Fortuna Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd (FTM) (www.fortuna.com.my) was originally incorporated in Malaysia in 2003 by Fortuna Technologies Ltd (FTL). FTL is a US based company with its Head Office in Sunnyvale California and with offices in London, Helsinki,  Hyderabad. (www.fortuna.com)

In 2004 FTL sold 51% equity in the company to Malaysian interests and subsequently in 2006 also sold the remaining 49% equity to the same group. The company is now 100% Malaysian owned and has been awarded MSC (Multimedia Supercorridor Status) which entitles it to a 10 year tax holiday and other benefits for MSC companies..

The overriding philosophy at FTM is one of honesty, integrity, ethical behaviour and transparency. The culture ensures each interaction with clients, suppliers and employees is based on this philosophy therefore providing a strong foundation
