The system prevents erroneous data entry through extensive data validations rules. The organization can define its transaction parameters through the Master Setting options that might change according to the business requirements and MAPA requirements.

Built-in workflow and system access control

All users require a user ID and password to access the system. The access level can be controlled by the organization giving the level of authority for each user. The system can be access in various level such as data entry users, processing and reporting users, only power users can access master-setting changes. Existing business rules and workflow can be easily defined and integrated into the system.

Integrate with PDA and Other GIS application
The system is catered for integration with other GIS applications available in the market. The system uses a RDBMS, which can be accessed and data can be ported to other system that is compliant to RDBMS standards. The system is integrated to PDAs for our alert manager to send out alerts. The system uses the Microsoft Exchange to send out messages and alerts. Any PDA that is incorporated with the Microsoft pocket PC and inbox function can be used to integrate our system.

With MIS module, make relevant and informed operation decisions
The MIS modules give relevant and accurate and immediate data from the estates to the HQ. These reporting helps make quick and effective decision. The reporting is also from various estates and comparisons reports are also available. These reports can be viewed from anywhere and at any time, as these are web reports. These reports can be generated at any point of time and need not to wait till month-end. This module also gives historical and previous year comparison and different estate comparison.

The system helps multiple estates to standardize reporting by providing a robust enterprise-wide platform to consolidate and report up-to-date operational information with ease. Estate offices are relieved from tedious manual report generation process and relieve HQ of reconsolidation and re-keying of reports from estates.

The system proposed eliminates manual data backup and restore process. The system has built-in functions to backup periodically. The data is also protected with security mechanisms, which do not allow data manipulation of any sort. The system also keeps track of all historical data and eases the reporting of historical data.

The system caters for multiple users to access the system simultaneously. Different users can access different modules in order to ease the data entry operations. The management can also access the system remotely for MIS reporting and other report generations. The system also allows PDA data entry and view for the ease use for managers.
