Transmission of Information & Communication

Fortuna uses e-mail for the transmission of information for website designed. We will use verbal forms of communication for approval and regular project communications (e.g. Telephone, email transmission and Instant messenger)

Project Procedures and Guidelines

Fortuna will send all clients copies of the Web Designing Client Agreement and the Confidentiality Agreement, the hosting agreement will be distributed to clients who's site is hosted on our web servers, these documents are to be signed and fax to Fortuna. The web designing project will commence on the receipt of all signed documents and a financial deposit is made. The Client is provided with a worksheet which states all specifications for the outline project as specified by the client.
